We just discovered turmeric is pretty hot on the market as one of the best natural ways to reduce inflammation in the body among a zillion other benefits. Turmeric has been used for over 2500 years in India. The medicinal properties of this spice have been slowly revealing themselves. Long known for its anti-imflammatory properties, recent research has revealed that turmeric is a natural wonder providing beneficial treatment of many different health conditions from cancer to Alzheimer’s disease.

The only warning they give is turmeric should not be used by people with gallstones or bile obstruction. I recommend muscle testing to get the proper dosage for you.
